Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing an updated fee schedule the rental of the Fire Training Field and fire-related training props (Fire Chief)
Background:
Approval of this item will update the fee schedule for rental of the Fire Training Field and fire-related training props. The current fee structure for the rental of the Fire Training Field was last approved on January 9, 2001. After re-evaluating all outside training programs utilizing the Fire Training Filed annually and researching fee schedules currently in place for other Fire Departments around the State, the Fire Chief is proposing to increase the fees to the attached schedule.
The Fire Chief will re-evaluate the fee schedule annually and make recommendations to Council for changes at the start of every fiscal year if needed. This item proposes that City Council ratify current fees and approve new fees.
