Background:
Approval of this item, will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer and drainage, and paving and appurtenances to serve Bay Colony Point West Sections 10.

Final Inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
Bay Colony Point West Section 10 is served by existing overhead electrical service. All service to homes and street lights will be underground. The developer has submitted documentation that payment has been made to TNMP for installation of electrical service to the subdivision.
