Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer and drainage and paving and appurtenances to serve Marbella Subdivision Section 13B.

Section 13B
Final Inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
Marbella Subdivision Section 13B is served by existing underground electrical service. All service to homes and street lights will be underground. The developer has provided a copy of the Agreement for Underground Electric Service between CenterPoint Energy and Taylor Woodrow Communities.
