Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer and drainage, and paving and appurtenances to replat Marina on the Lake Subdivision Reserve “I”.

The Lake Subdivision

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
Replat of Marina on the Lake Subdivision Reserve “I” will be internally served from existing overhead electrical distribution facilities. This project was for a replat of the subdivision and all utilities are existing with only a water main extension needed. All services to homes and street lights are existing and overhead.
