Consider and take action on acceptance of three water line easements along League City Parkway (SH 96), granted by Grason Communities Ltd, Wayne C. Fox, and Mar Bella Community, Inc., currently occupied by the City’s municipal 12-inch water line (Deputy City Manager)
Background:
Approval of this item will accept the three water line easements along League City Parkway (SH 96), between Mar Bella Parkway and Isla Vista Drive. These Water Line Easements are currently occupied by a 12-inch municipal water line. The water line itself, was accepted by the City at the September 23, 2014 City Council Meeting as a portion of the municipal infrastructure serving Isla Vista Drive. However, the easements had never been formally granted. The developer has provided the easements for formal City acceptance.
