Consider and take action on a resolution to accept the conveyance of a water line easement from SH 96 South Shore, LLC to serve the Parkway Commons commercial development located in the 2800 block of East League City Parkway (Director of Public Works)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will accept a water line easement from SH 96 South Shore, LLC associated with the extension of a public water line to serve the Parkway Commons commercial development located in the 2800 block of East League City Parkway.
In order for the next phase of the Parkway Commons commercial development to obtain city water services and fire protection, it is required, at no cost to the city, that an 8-inch diameter public water line be designed and constructed within a dedicated easement. This item is for the conveyance of the required easement to the City.
