Consider and take action on a resolution accepting a Water Line, Fire Hydrant and Water Meter Easement conveyance from Tejal & Kishan, LLC associated with the proposed development of Block 1, Lot 2, Pinnacle Park  (Director of Engineering)

 

Background:

Approval of this resolution, will accept a Water Line, Fire Hydrant and Water Meter Easement conveyance from Tejal & Kishan, LLC associated with the proposed development of Block 1, Lot 2, Pinnacle Park.

 

Tejal & Kishan, LLC has purchased the platted Lot 2 out of the Pinnacle Park commercial property and has developed construction plans to incorporate an existing water main and public fire hydrant along with proposed water meters to provide necessary fire protection as required by the Fire Marshal, as well as, a necessary flushing point and to provide domestic and irrigation water services for the commercial development of the subject property.  This existing water line, proposed fire hydrant, and water meter easement conveyance covers the area for a fire hydrant and valve coming from the existing water line connection and water meters as installed per the approved site development plan.
