Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a professional services agreement with Brailsford & Dunlavey for consulting services related to Project Epic in an amount not to exceed $104,000 (Director of Economic Development)
Background:
Approval of this item will authorize a professional services agreement with Brailsford & Dunlavey for consulting services related to Project Epic and authorize the transfer of $103,059.27 of unencumbered funds from the Budget/CIP Directorate to the Economic Directorate to fund the agreement.
All out-of-pocket project development expenses (including this contract) are eligible for reimbursement when the development agreement for Project Epic is executed and financing commences.

FUNDING
{x} Funds in the amount of $103,059.27 will be transferred to Economic Development Professional Services Account #53050. Funds may be available in Non-Departmental 380 Incentive Payments. If not, a future budget amendment will be required.
