Consider and take action on a resolution casting a ballot for the election of members to the Board of Directors of the Galveston Central Appraisal District for 2020-2021 (Mayor Hallisey)
Background:
On October 8, 2019 City Council adopted Resolution No. 2019-170 nominating Donald Gartman and Chad Tressler to the Board of Directors.
The City of League City is a voting unit entitled to cast 307 votes for one candidate or distributed among the candidates listed on the ballot.
Recommendation for allocation of votes will be made at the Council meeting. Term of office is January 1, 2020 through December 31, 2021.
