Background:
Approval of this agenda item will authorize a three-year agreement with the Galveston County Daily News for printing services for the City Matters magazine in an amount not to exceed $138,000. The annual estimated pricing for the printing services is $46,000.
The Purchasing Department issued Invitation to Bid #19-COMM-038 for this service on August 19, 2019. Five (5) total bids responses were received, with two bids being nonresponsive. Galveston County Daily News submitted the lowest and best bid.
