Mayor Long and Mr. Saunders were absent. Mr. Tressler attended remotely via

videoconference. Mr. Chadwell arrived at 6:01 p.m.

GENERAL-SPECIAL ELECTION

Consider and take action on a resolution canvassing the returns and declaring the results of

the November 5, 2024 City of League City General Election for Council Positions No. 3, No. 4,

and No. 5 and instructing the Mayor to certify the results of the election to the appropriate

state and federal officials (City Secretary)

A motion was made by Mr. Chadwell, seconded by Mr. Cones, to approve Resolution No.

2024-216 canvassing the returns and declaring the results of the November 5, 2024 City of

League City General Election for Council Positions No. 3, No. 4, and No. 5 and instructing

the Mayor to certify the results of the election to the appropriate state and federal officials.
