Creek Planned Unit Development), generally located at the northeast corner of League City Parkway and

The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval, 8-0-0, on July 21, 2025.  
Council postponed the item, 8-0-0, on August 12, 2025.  
Council approved the first reading, 7-1-0, on August 26, 2025.
