Mayor Long called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m. and called the roll. All members of

Council were present except for Tom Crews. Chad Tressler attended via videoconference.

Consider and take action on Ordinance No. 2024-57 amending Section 46-153 of the Code of

Ordinances for the City of League City to allow limited fireworks during the New Year's

Holiday and Independence Day Holiday - Second Reading (Mayor Long)

Council approved first reading 6-2-0, December 17, 2024.

A motion was made by Mr. Mann, seconded by Mr. Saunders, to approve Ordinance No.

2024-57 amending Section 46 153 of the Code of Ordinances for the City of League City to

allow limited fireworks during the New Year's Holiday and Independence Day Holiday on

Second Reading. The motion passed by the following vote:
