Title
Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing an interlocal agreement with the City of Friendswood regarding the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Bay Area Blvd. and Grissom Road for which the City agrees to contribute $125,000 (Executive Director of Development Services)

Background:
In February 2024, City Council approved Resolution 2024-020 which allowed Staff to partner with the City of Friendswood and submit a Harris County Precinct 2 grant application for the design and construction of a new traffic signal at the Bay Area Blvd. and Grissom Road intersection. As a result of League City not adopting the Harris Country drainage standards, League City could not submit as a co-applicant for this program. Staff in Friendswood agreed to move forward with the application process with the understanding that our Cities would work towards a MOU for League City to pay 25...
