Title
Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing an agreement with the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department for a 50% State - 50% City matching grant supporting the proposed Bay Colony Park Project (PK2001), authorizing the acceptance of any awarded funds and authorizing the City Manager to sign any documents pertaining to the grant (Director of Parks and Cultural Services)

Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize the City to enter into an agreement with TPWD for a matching grant to support the development of proposed Bay Colony Park on an approximately 106-acre undeveloped tract of land.
