Background:
Approval of this item will reject all proposals received for ITB #24-051 Streets, Sidewalks, and Concrete Pavement Repair.
Rejection of bids received on September 4, 2024 for ITB# 24-051, addresses a discrepancy found in bid quantities.
The existing contract with Brooks Concrete, Inc. will be extended for three months from September 30, 2024 to December 31, 2024, to allow time to re-bid, evaluate, and award. Brooks Concrete, Inc. has agreed to a contract extension for the aforementioned three-month period with a 3%-unit price increase.
