Background:

Approval of this resolution will authorize The Ballpark at League City to make purchases of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and concession products from vendors on an as-needed basis, with the vendors invoicing the City as orders are placed. This approval will allow expenditures up to $258,000 per year, for a two-year period from October 1, 2025, through September 30, 2027, without requiring additional Council action.
