A public hearing is being held to rezone approximately 1.79 acres from “RSF-5” (Residential Single-Family 5) to “CG” (General Commercial).
The subject property is currently used as a storage yard for large equipment. This use is not permitted under the existing "RSF-5" zoning designation.
