Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a one-year agreement (second renewal) with Boundtree Medical to purchase medical supplies for an amount not to exceed $120,000 (Fire Chief)
Background:
Approval of this item will award the second and final renewal for medical supplies to Boundtree Medical (Bid#15-030). Council approved the initial contract with Boundtree Medical on July 14, 2015 Item 11H.
Boundtree has agreed to renew the contract at prices consistent with the original bid. City staff has been pleased with the products and services provided by this vendor.
The term for this renewal is August 1, 2017 through July 30, 2018. This service will be re-bid in FY 2018.
