Consider and take action on a resolution amending the City's internal procedure regarding the placement of matters on agenda for City Council meetings (City Attorney)
Background:
On October 10, 2017 though Resolution 2017-166, the City Council amended the City of League City Rules of Procedure to ensure that the public comment portion of Council meetings will always take place before any Council business item. This agenda item is a follow-up item that will consolidate the City's internal rules for agenda creation and incorporate the City Council's desire to place the public comment portion of the agenda before any Council business item.
