Presentation by ETC Institute - 2025 League City Citizen Survey Report (City Manager)
Background:
ETC Institute administered the 2025 League City Community Survey during the fall of 2025 as part of the City’s ongoing effort to assess resident satisfaction with municipal services and overall quality of life. This is the fourth comprehensive community survey conducted for League City (previous surveys were completed in 2019, 2021, and 2023).
The seven-page survey instrument was mailed to a random sample of League City households. Residents were provided with the option to return the survey by mail or complete it online. To ensure statistical validity and residency verification, online respondents were required to enter their home address, which was matched against the original random sample. Responses that did not match the sample were excluded.
A total of 406 completed surveys were received, achieving the City’s response goal and providing a 95% level of confidence with a precision of approximately ±4.8%. The survey includes benchmarking comparisons, importance-satisfaction analysis, GIS mapping of responses by census block group, detailed cross-tabular data, and open-ended resident comments.
The ETC Institute will present an overview of the survey process and findings to City Council.
