Background:
Approval of this item will authorize the purchase of alcoholic beverages and ICEE products for the operations at The Ballpark at League City for fiscal year 2024, October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025.
Del Papa Distribution is the sole source vendor for Anheuser Busch, Michelob, Corona, Modelo as well as other name brand malt liquor, seltzer, and prime and ghost energy beverages. In the quarter ending June 30, 2024, The Ballpark purchased $35,341 in alcoholic and $5,034 in non-alcoholic beverages from Del Papa Distribution; the annual estimated cost for the next fiscal year is $162,000.
Faust Distribution is the sole source vendor for Coors, Dos XX, Miller Lite, Sam Adams, Blue Moon as well as other name brand malt liquor and seltzer beverages. In the quarter ending June 30, 2024, The Ballpark purchased $21,153 in products from Faust Distribution; the annual estimated cost for the next fiscal year is $86,000.
The Icee Company is the sole source vendor for Icee Products. In the quarter ending June 30, 2024, The Ballpark purchased $18,072 in products from the Icee Company; the annual estimated cost for the next fiscal year is $73,000.
