Background:
The Houston-Galveston Area Council Regional Flood Management Committee advises elected officials on issues related to all aspects of flood management in the region. Current members are Peggy Zahler (representative) and Christopher Sims (alternate).
The Mayor's nominees are Peggy Zahler (representative) and Christopher Sims (alternate) for a two year term expiring May 2025.
