Title:

Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing a one-year renewal agreement with Tetra Tech, Inc.; Thompson Consulting Services, LLC; and True North Emergency Management, LLC for Debris Monitoring Services in the event of a disaster or emergency; and authorizing a subsequent one-year renewal with each vendor, if deemed necessary (Emergency Management Coordinator)

 

Background:

Approval of this item will authorize the City Manager to execute the first optional renewals of pre-positioned debris monitoring services agreements contracts with Tetra Tech, Inc., Thompson Consulting Services, LLC, and True North Emergency Management, LLC as well as authorizing the approval of the second optional renewals at the appropriate time.

 

The original agreements were for three years with two optional one-year renewals.  The original agreements expire on August 23, 2025.

 

These are contingent agreements to be utilized in the event of an emergency or disaster. In order to qualify for reimbursement from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), these agreements were procured following all federal purchasing requirements found in 2 CFR 200.
