Background:
Approval of this item will formally reject all proposals received on September 4, 2025 in response to RFP #25-033 Signs and Banners. The original cost sheet did not accurately reflect the City's anticipated needs. The project will be re-bid with a revised cost sheet to ensure accurate pricing in the final agreement.
