Background:
Approval of this item will authorize a utility agreement with Wesley West Cattle, L.P. and Wesley West Descendants Trust on behalf of Galveston County Municipal Utility District No. 82.
MUD 82 is proposed to be created for the purpose of furnishing water, sanitary sewer, drainage, park and recreational, and road facilities and services to the area within its boundaries. The District will contain approximately 621.89 acres of land. It will include residential and commercial developments as well as an area dedicated to the City for a community park in excess of 100 acres. It is located in the northwest corner of League City.
