Background:

Approval of this item will authorize the League City Fire Department - Fire Marshal's Office to submit an application to fund the replacement cost of a accelerant detection K-9 and associated training cost through K9s.org. If awarded, K-9s.org funds the vendor directly and no funds are distributed to the City.
