Consider and take action on a request for a water well permit regarding the property located at 3001 Megan Lynn Lane in Pinewood Ranch (Deputy City Manager)
Background:
Approval of this item will approve the installation of a water well to serve the proposed home at 3001 Megan Lynn Lane located in Pinewood Forest Ranch.
The property owner at 3001 Megan Lynn Lane has requested approval of a water well permit. The nearest League City water & sewer service is located over a mile away and neither City water or sewer service is available to this address. There are no immediate plans to extend service to this address. Prior to any construction, approval of the well permit is required by the City Council of League City.
In accordance with Ordinance 83-18, if City utility service should become available, the property owner is required to connect to the City systems within one (1) year of when service becomes available.
