Background:
If approved, 0.09 acre of Margaret Drive out of Marshall's Calder Subdivision, will be abandoned and conveyed to the abutting or underlying property owners, John A. Shauck and Dorthey Shauck, in accordance with the terms established by the negotiated Revised Offer to Sell and Purchase Agreement ("Agreement") approved under Agenda Item 18A, of the April 14, 2015 Council meeting.
