Consider and take action on an ordinance to amend Chapter 102 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of League City entitled "Subdivisions" (Director of Planning and Development)
Staff recommends approval on first and final reading.
Background:
Approval of this item will amend the proposed regulations to provide a specific process as well as guidance and thresholds for the consideration of subdivision variance requests. City staff has prepared proposed amendments to the City's subdivision development regulations related to variance requests as part of subdivision development, as indicated in the attached ordinance.
Staff recommends approval on first and final reading.
