Consider and take action to reject all proposals received for RFP #15-042 Merchant Banking Services (Director of Finance)
Background:
Approval of this item will reject the proposals received on September 1, 2015 for RFP #15-042. Staff would like to take into consideration the new software contract with Tyler Technologies that was approved by Council on September 8, 2015. The RFP will be revised to reflect the new transition to Tyler. We will continue to operate under the current contract with Automated Merchant Services through December 2015.
