Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water and appurtenances to serve new homes being constructed on Virginia Ave.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
The Virginia Water Line Extension Project was required so that homes could be constructed on existing Virginia Ave. This project does not have an electrical service component since there is already existing power along Virginia Ave.
