Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving and appurtenances to serve the Shops at Tuscan Lakes, Phase 2 development.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
The Water Extension project was required as part of the Shops at Tuscan Lakes, Phase 2 development. As a result, this project does not have any electrical service component to it.
