Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving and appurtenances to serve the Tuscan Lakes Subdivision, Sections SF 55-2 SE & SF 60-2 SE.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
Tuscan Lakes Subdivision, Sections SF 55-2 SE & SF 60-2 SE will be internally served by underground electrical service. All services to homes and street lights will be underground as well. The developer has submitted documentation that payment has been made to TNMP for installation of electrical service to the subdivision.
