Background:
Approval of this item will accept a water line easement from VR South Shore Holdings for the extension of a public water line to serve the Sports Shed Kemah, LLC commercial development of storage units located at 1520 Lawrence Road.
In order for Sports Shed Kemah, LLC to obtain city water services and fire protection for its 7.78-acre commercial development, it is required that, at no cost to the City, they design and construct an 8-inch water line from the nearest public water line to their property, and obtain the necessary easement from VR South Shore Holdings for the new public water line extension.
