Consider and take action on final acceptance of municipal infrastructure for the Kroger’s Marketplace Development located at League City Parkway and Hobbs Road intersection (Deputy City Manager)
Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure of water, sanitary sewer, drainage and paving and appurtenances to serve the Kroger’s Marketplace Development.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
The Kroger’s Marketplace Development will be internally served by underground electrical service.
