Consider and take action on a resolution approving a vendor agreement with Tandem Services, LLC for the removal of existing fencing and installation of new fencing for the dog park located at Lynn Gripon Park at Countryside in an amount not to exceed $53,158.55 (Director of Public Works)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize the City Manager to execute an agreement for the removal and installation of the dog park fence located at Lynn Gripon Park with Tandem Services in an amount not to exceed $53,158.55.
Bid # 17-032 was issued on April 3, 2017 and four (4) sealed bids for the project were received on April 18, 2017. Tandem Services, LLC submitted the lowest bid in the amount of $53,158.55. Recommendation of award and bid tabulation are attached.
This project is anticipated to take 30 calendar days, weather permitting from date of the Notice to Proceed.
