Consider and take action on a resolution supporting a No Wake Zone in and around the League City Clear Lake area for an event to be held on June 23, 2017 (Mayor Hallisey and Council Member Gross)
Background:
The Texas Outlaw Challenge event will hold their 10th Annual Shootout on Clear Lake from June 21 through June 25, 2017. Organizers are requesting communities around Clear Lake to support a no wake zone on June 23, 2017 between 8:00 am and 2:00 pm for their primary event. The City of Clear Lake Shores and City of Nassau Bay have joined in support by approving resolutions.
