Background:
Approval of this resolution will approve the acceptance of a Water Line Easement conveyance from MH League City Realty Ltd associated with potable water line serving the Mac Haik Toyota Service Center located at 2112 Gulf Freeway South.
When the Star (now Mac Haik) Toyota Service Center located at 2112 Gulf Freeway South was developed circa 2000, a potable water line was installed to serve the building, but a water line easement was not conveyed to the City at the time. This conveyance corrects that omission.
