Background:
Approval of this resolution will approve the acceptance of a Water Line Easement conveyance from A-S 126 SH96 - Hobbs Road, L.P. associated with the proposed Marketplace at 96 South commercial development.
A-S 126 SH96 - Hobbs Road, L.P. has platted the Marketplace at 96 South commercial property and has developed construction plans for the installation of a public water lines to serve commercial development of the subject property. The property, subdivided by the plat of The Marketplace at 96 South, is being re-platted and water line construction plans to serve the proposed re-plat have been developed. This proposed water line easement conveyance covers the area the where the new water line will be installed, that has yet to be platted. Easement dedication is a prerequisite prior to acceptance of the water line.
