Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure for the extension of the existing 8” public water main located on the feeder road for the Gulf Freeway South which will serve the John Eagle Honda Development.

Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
The John Eagle Honda Development located at 2205 Gulf Freeway South will be internally served by underground electrical service.
