Background:
Approval of this item will accept the municipal infrastructure for the extension of the existing 8” public water main located on FM 646 which will serve the Learning Experience, Academy of Early Education Development.

The Learning Experience
Final inspections on the municipal infrastructure were performed by the respective departments. Warranties will be provided in accordance with Subdivision Ordinance 99-07.
The municipal infrastructure improvements were completed in accordance with the City of League City’s development codes and are ready for final acceptance.
The Learning Experience, Academy of Early Education located at 2351 W. FM 646 will be internally served by underground electrical service.
