Consider and take action on a resolution amending Resolution No. 2017-88 appointing officers who are authorized to sign on behalf of the City in banking and other monetary transactions. (Director of Finance)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will be updated to reflect the change in position titles. The current authorized signers for the City's banking and other monetary transactions are Mayor, City Manager, Assistant City Manager /Director of Finance, Assistant Director of Finance, and Accounting Manager.
Staff requests that the current resolution be updated to reflect the titles of the current staff responsible for these activities by replacing the Assistant City Manager / Director of Finance with the Director of Finance and replacing the Accounting Manager with the Treasury Manager.
