Background:

Approval of this item will appoint Peggy Zahler as the designated alternate for the remaining term to expire 12/31/2018.

The City is allowed two seats - a representative and a designated alternate - on the Clear Creek Watershed Steering Committee, an initiative in which the City has participated since 1990 via an interlocal agreement.

At present, Council Member Larry Millican is the representative and Council Member Hank Dugie is the alternate.
