Hold a public hearing on the City of League City’s FY2019 Annual Budget (Director of Budget and Project Management)
Background:
Pursuant to state law, a public hearing must be held on the City’s Annual Budget prior to its adoption.
City Council passed agenda item 9C at the July 24th City Council meeting calling for the public hearing to be set for August 14, 2018. The attached ad ran in the Galveston County Daily News on Sunday, July 29, 16 days prior to the hearing. State law requires the notice to run at least 10 days but not more than 30 days before the hearing.
