Background:
Each December on National Wreaths Across America Day, the mission to Remember, Honor and Teach is carried out in wreath-laying ceremonies at Arlington National Cemetery, as well as at more than 1,400 additional locations in all 50 U.S. states, at sea and abroad.
This year Fairview Cemetery will be a participating location with the Sam Houston Chapter, National Society of Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) hosting the first wreath-laying ceremony on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.
