Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize the purchase of TFT Nozzles, Holmatro Rescue Tools, and Bullard Thermal Imagers from Metro Fire Apparatus, Inc. in an amount not to exceed $70,634.00. This equipment will partially outfit the two (2) newest pumpers utilizing surplus FY2018 budget funds. The remaining equipment for the two (2) pumpers will be purchased separately using Capital Replacement funds. Metro Fire Apparatus is a Sole Source Vendor. The supporting documentation as a sole source provider is attached. Below is the cost breakdown for each item

Holmatro Rescue Tools: $31,756.00
Thermal Imagers: $22,338.00
Total: $70,634.00
