Consider and take action on a resolution approving a professional services agreement with Sander Engineering Corporation for the Davis Road’s #1 and #2 Lift Station Rehab project (CIP# WW1901A) in an amount not to exceed $96,000.00 (Director of Budget and Project Management)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize funding for the professional services agreement with Sander Engineering Corporation for the design of the Davis Road Lift Station Rehab project (WW1901A).
Davis Road Lift Station Rehab (WW1901A) is part of the Annual Lift Station Improvements project (WW1901) to provide design, construction documentation, and construction administration services for the rehabilitation of the Davis Road #1 and #2 lift stations. This project will include, new pump installation, new piping, new electrical panels/controls, recoating of the wet wells and miscellaneous other items such as sealing, drains etc.
