Title:
Consider and take action on a resolution authorizing an agreement with Associated Testing Laboratories, Inc for the construction materials testing associated with the Dickinson Avenue Reconstruction Project (RE1702C) in an amount not to exceed $114,358.50 (Director of Budget and Project Management).
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize funding for the professional services agreement with Associated Testing Laboratories, Inc for construction & materials testing services associated with the Dickinson Avenue Reconstruction Project (RE1702C). Services are required for construction of Dickinson Ave and this contract will be entirely funded with Galveston County bond funds. The proposal attached as Exhibit A is a budget estimate only. City construction inspectors will dictate the services rendered as the construction moves forward and actual charges will be based on the services requested and provided.

FUNDING
