Consider and take action on a resolution for approval of an encroachment agreement with League City 210 Development Partners, LP for construction of private irrigation and landscaping improvements within the dedicated roads right-of-way, and utility easements, and Restricted Reserves within the Coastal Point Master Plan (Director of Engineering)
Background:
Approval of this resolution will authorize an encroachment agreement allowing League City 210 Development Partners, LP to install City permitted irrigation and landscape improvements within the Coastal Point Master Plan.
The City is not giving up any of its rights and League City 210 Development Partners, LP and/or its successors, are responsible for any maintenance and repairs to the irrigation and landscape improvements. It has also been noted in the attached Encroachment Agreement that any tree planted within the dedicated roads right-of-way, utility easements, and Restricted Reserves shall have a root barrier.
